This two-hour interactive workshop is designed to alleviate anxiety when you need to give feedback, and teaches approachable techniques to make it less painful. When you leave the workshop, you will feel more empowered and confident in your ability to give & receive feedback easily. The ideal audience members are new managers, and experienced leaders who need a refresher on the skillset.

Public Speaking Workshop

This 90-minute workshop is ideal for teams or leaders who want to strengthen their public speaking abilities, while having some fun! Grounded in improvisation - you will learn how to pivot when things go sideways, a framework for preparing your talk and day of the presentation must-haves. This workshop features skill building, The PowerPoint Karaoke game, and quick tips for in the moment corrections.

Team Off-Sites

Off-sites can be like energy drinks – you get a jolt and it feels good in the moment. But it has a weird aftertaste, and nothing really comes from it after it’s over. A great offsite can renew a team, foster connections, and enhance cohesion. We won’t ask you to do trust falls (gross) but we will ask you to step outside of your comfort zone. Activities and content will be curated for your group’s specific objectives and challenges.

 

Utilizing adult learning theory, we will co-design and adjust your experience before and during your event as it makes sense. Engagements begin at a 4-hour minimum and typically fall between 4 hours and 2-day experiences. For details and availability please book a discovery call.
